Early morning light
Shining bright in my eyes
Wake up, time get up
Rise and grind
Walk through the bitter cold
With your warmth steaming in my mind
Lift my head, catch the sunshine, feeling alright
Shrouded by clouds, without a doubt
The gray sky wants to bring me down
Tears stream, wait in the freezing rain
For the sun to beat bright again
Watch it glow, shining deep in your eyes
Sad to leave, do I really have to go
Into the biting cold
After I watch the sun rise, a fire in your eyes
Burning deep in my mind
Time to start my day right
Something new
Glad it's with you
The clouds make way
For the sun is shining bright
Waking up next to you just feels so right
